Local Letting Agencies
Letting agents are held to a Code of Practice in the UK, and it is important to know your rights. The Tenant Fees Act which came into force on 1 June 2019, bans most letting fees and caps tenancy deposits paid by tenants in the private rented sector in England. The ban on fees applies to new or renewed tenancy agreements signed on or after 1 June 2019.
There are several local agencies in the area that specialise in student accommodation. They will have local landlords on their books and may be able to suggest a few options for you. By including details on this page AECC University College is not recommending these providers over any other.

The AECC School of Chiropractic is delighted to announce that its Master of Chiropractic (Hons) is the first Chiropractic course to meet the new Education Standards recently introduced by the General Chiropractic Council.
On Wednesday 20th March, we held our first AECC University College Student Engagement Conference. The theme for the day was ‘Sharing Best Practice in Student Engagement’ and all students and staff were welcome to be a part of it.
