Student Halls

We reserve a number of rooms with Lulworth Student Company in Union House. This hall of residence is located in central Bournemouth, just 2 miles from campus. Ideally placed on a direct bus route to AECC University College, it is also a stone's throw from restaurants, bars, shopping centres, and of course Bournemouth's award winning sandy beach.

Lulworth Student Company endeavours to ensure all AECC University College students staying in Union House are placed on the same floor, but you will also have the chance to meet students from other universities who will be staying there too.

About Union House

The standard en suite rooms all include a double bed and a wardrobe. You’ll find a communal kitchen on every floor (with all the necessary appliances), wi-fi, a flat screen TV, table and stools. These kitchens are shared by 7 students. There is also a laundry room, a bike storage facility, and fun communal areas where you’ll be sure to bump into new and old faces. You can rely on the on site Hospitality and Maintenance Team, a secure door entry system, and 24 hour CCTV throughout the properties.

All rooms are offered on a first come, first served basis and can be secured with a payment of £270 (holding deposit). Although there is no cut-off date for room bookings, all rooms are expected to be booked up by April/May of your study year, so do make sure you reserve your room early to avoid missing out. Costs are from £137.50 a week for a 42 week tenancy, inclusive of all bills as well as internet access.
