You’ll make the most of our partnerships with AFC Bournemouth, Bournemouth Rugby Club, Bournemouth Athletics Club, Dorset Cricket, Pavilion Dance South West and local sports academies, as well as talented individual athletes and performers.
Our teaching and academic staff have a wealth of knowledge and experience, working most recently with a range of clients including; GB Sailing, Southampton FC, Harlequins Rugby, and Somerset Cricket Club, and all staff have worked with individual performers across a broad range of sports, armed services, medical professions, performing arts and business.
The courses follow the British Association of Sport and Exercise (BASES) requirements for the first step in training to become a sport and exercise scientist. With outstanding career prospects from all of these courses there is the potential to make a real difference in communities through the development of physical activity programmes, public health programmes and exercise initiatives, or even pursue a career in high performance sport, or the broader sporting and talent development sectors.
