Start Here, Go Further
The AECC demonstrates that studying chiropractic opens up doors that simply wouldn’t otherwise be possible, giving students the opportunity to fulfil their potential and go further – we've taken the opportunity to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our Alumni as part of our ‘Go Further’ campaign.
Whether you’re interested in motor racing, animals, ballet or rugby, studying at the AECC can provide the opportunity to work within almost any field you like, practically anywhere in the world. Of course, chiropractic will also always enable you to help people, such an important and rewarding aspect of the job.
Here’s just a few examples of past AECC students who have gone on to go further:
Go Trackside - Paul Cheung
Since graduating, Paul spent 7 years working in Formula 1 for Red Bull Racing. Recently Paul was also asked by Barwell Motorsport, a British GT race team, if he could look after them at the Gulf 12 Hour Endurance Race in Abu Dhabi. It was early starts and late finishes with the drivers needing regular hydration and treatment therapy. Whilst Paul was there, he took the opportunity to visit his old mate Mark Webber from the Red Bull Formula 1 days.
Go Pitchside - Dr Catherine Quinn
Having graduated from the AECC in 2012, Dr Catherine Quinn is currently in her third season working with the English Championship League football team Queen’s Park Rangers (QPR) – pictured below.
Dr Quinn has also already worked with the London Broncos professional rugby league side as well as with the New Zealand Rugby League team at the 2011 Four Nations and 2013 World Cup (pictured below).
Go The Extra Mile - Nadine Harrison
Nadine graduated from the AECC in 2014 and worked for a year as a Clinic Supervisor at the World Spine Care clinic in Botswana. With responsibility for providing chiropractic care and support for the residences of the clinic, it truly delivered an incredible once in a lifetime experience.
