Balance Class

Do you have concerns about falling, or have had a fall in the past? Have you lost confidence with walking or balance? Our balance class is specifically designed to improve confidence, balance, and stability to help reduce your risk of falling. Be guided through gentle exercises designed to improve your balance and stability and get you feeling like you can walk with confidence again.

What to expect from the class

In this class you will be guided through low impact, circuit based exercises designed around helping you regain balance, improve strength, stability and reduce the risk of falls.

Move from one station to the next to complete different exercises, using a mix of exercise equipment, and functional exercises that can be completed at a level that works for you.

Our small class sizes ensure you get thorough support, as well as professional advice from our clinicians, who will guide you through the class.

This class ensures you will learn techniques to build strength, technique and confidence and finish each session feeling optimistic and more confident in your daily activities.

This class is ideal for anyone looking to regain balance and confidence, particularly for those who have experienced a fall or are wary of this possibility.

Each class is one hour and covers a range of exercises designed to improve balance and confidence, with special focus on falls prevention.

Class Schedule:

  • Friday: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM

  • £7 per session
