Exercise in our new rehabilitation centre and gain access to high quality health care advice. Be supported to make positive changes to your lifestyle with a fantastic array of equipment at your disposal.

Our specialist group based and circuit-based classes are designed with you at the centre. Our sports rehabilitator is here to help you make improvements in your health and gain confidence to exercise. Improve physical and mental wellbeing.

Be supported by high level expertise

Our classes are managed by our highly qualified sports rehabilitator Letitia Rutherford. Tish has worked as a sports rehabilitator for 16 years and has extensive knowledge and experience in many areas of rehabilitation.

Tish has experience working in the NHS, private sector, sports teams, athletes and in elderly care and elderly rehab both in the UK and the USA. Tish loves connecting with people from different backgrounds, and the challenge of helping people achieve their goals in a way that leaves people feeling motivated and empowered.

Additional Information: 1. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing to exercise sessions and suitable footwear such as trainers. 2. You should bring a water bottle and any medications with you such as inhalers. 3. It is likely that you may become sore in the initial stages which is normal after exercise. 4. You may not feel any improvement for up to 6 weeks. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, please inform your intern or speak to a member of staff.
