1:1 Performance Coaching
Book a 30-minute consultation with our BASES Accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist and Human Performance Lead to help you tailor a bespoke testing programme, advise on your training or offer solutions if your performances have reached a plateau.

VO2 Max Test
Have your fitness and endurance levels tested, and define your VO2 max in our state-of-the-art Human Performance Laboratory. Results can be used to help you track your progress and get the most from your training based on your current level of performance.

VO2 Max Test + Lactate Profile
This advanced test includes determining your lactate profile to understanding how your body responds to exercise of increasing intensities. After this, a maximal test measures your VO2 max to help you understand your maximum performance potential.

I’ve been coming to the Sports Performance Centre for the last few years to work on strength and conditioning. Phill has created a programme for me doing muscle tests using the on-site Primus machine. The machine assesses your muscle capacity and you can use it to assess strengths and weaknesses. You can use it to improve strength and control through specific movements.
