The clinic is a very busy building and we would prefer if you came on your own, but if this is not possible then yes, you may be accompanied by a friend, family member or carer. Please let us know so we can make the necessary steps. If reception is busy, we may have to ask your companion to wait in the car or in the college refectory where refreshments can be purchased, if they are not accompanying you in your
appointment.
Yes, we are fully wheelchair accessible in the Chiropractic clinic. If you have any special requirements, you can always let us know before you arrive. We will do our utmost to support your requests.
You will be seen by your student chiropractor, who is supported and supervised by a clinical tutor (qualified chiropractor). During the appointment, your student chiropractor will ask you questions about your general health and lifestyle.
Please allow 90 minutes for your first appointment, to give us plenty of time to make sure we have all the information we need to be able to provide you with the best possible care.
- Our updated Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) guidance allows for patients and staff to work together to agree whether masks and other PPE should be used. If you feel more comfortable continuing to wear a mask and would like your clinician to also wear a mask and use other PPE, please do ask them to do so.
- We will be accepting contactless payments only – no cash payments.
