Sarah Rogers

BSc (Hons), MChiro, DC, LRCC – Lecturer (Clinical Sciences)

Sarah Rogers is a Lecturer of Clinical Sciences within the AECC School of Chiropractic. She is currently involved with teaching at the undergraduate level. Sarah has taught in all year groups including supervision of interns in our on-site teaching clinic. Sarah was full time for four years at the institution, until dropping to part time hours at the end of 2022. In her time here she has taught across various units, including a time as unit lead. Other responsibilities have included organising summer school activities for prospective students. Sarah’s interests lie in rehabilitation and functional movement, student teaching/learning and clinical skills and diagnosis.

Biography

Sarah initially graduated in Physical Education and Sports Science from Loughborough University in 2001. She followed this by joining the ambulance service working as an Emergency Medical Technician before returning to study at AECC University College. After graduating in 2011 she worked in various clinics across the south coast before settling back in Bournemouth.
