Notes

1.    As well as contributing to the cost of tuition, the Tuition Fee also includes the cost of any activity students are required to undertake as part of their programme of study. However, students should make an appropriate allowance to cover costs such as diagnostic instruments, clinical garments and the discretionary purchase of textbooks and course manuals etc.

2.    All students on the 2-year MSc portion of the programme will be required to pay the self-funded fee (£11,782 – 2012/13). Tuition fee levels are reviewed annually and for continuing students, the self-funded tuition fees for subsequent years will normally increase no more than RPI + 1%.

3.    Costs may rise in line with inflation and/or circumstances.

4.    ELQ – Students with a previous degree will be classed as an ELQ student. This is due to the government no longer funding students who are undertaking a qualification at an equal or lower level than one which they already hold i.e. students who already have a previous qualification equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or higher. Students falling within this category are required to pay the full self-funded fee.
