Pilates
The clinic offer in-house Pilates courses on a regular basis. Pilates is a gentle exercise system for all ages and aims to improve posture, reduce stress and strengthen and stabilise the core (abdomen, back and pelvic girdle). Pilates can help to:

- Create a stronger, more flexible spine
- Promote recovery from strain or injury
- Increase joint range of motion
- neuromuscular coordination
- Offer relief from back pain and joint stress
