X-Rays
Should X-Rays be deemed necessary an additional fee will be incurred.
Please note:
X-Rays form part of the patient record and cannot be removed from clinic. If X-Rays are required for viewing by GP, Hospital, other practitioner or for any other reason, then a charge will be made to copy the X-Rays. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for the viewing of the X-Rays in the clinic.
A signed patient consent form will be required to either copy or arrange for a viewing.
