Become a primary healthcare professional

Study at a world-leading institution, gain real experience and qualify in 5 years.

Many of our students made the choice to study chiropractic instead of other healthcare professions such as medicine, find out why:

Chiropractic is:

  • Science based
  • A regulated, primary healthcare profession
  • Best known for the diagnosis, treatment and management of patients with musculoskeletal conditions (muscles and joints)
  • A good option for those interested in healthcare but who are not keen on blood or being involved with surgical procedures

Become a primary healthcare practitioner with the AECC's dynamic chiropractic programme

Learn to diagnose, treat and manage patient conditions and complaints, which allows you to follow the patient thorughout their care journey rather than leaving them at various points to be referred to other providers.

Studying at the AECC

You will have extensive exposure to our state of the art teaching clinic, completing the final year of the MChiro chiropractic programme there. Our clinic houses:

  • an exercise and rehabilitation centre

  • x-ray facilities

  • our brand new Open Upright MRI scanner - we are the first and only chiropractic institution with such a facility, cementing our reputation as a world-renowned chiropractic institution.

In addition to these services, we also have the Centre for Ultrasound Studies on campus.

What do you learn?

Whilst studying for a MChiro you will cover the crucial understanding of anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, biomechanics and chiropractic skills, using clinical case studies from the outset.
