Research at the AECC
The department of Research and Graduate Studies oversees research activity within the College. The Director, Professor Jenni Bolton, is responsible for facilitating research undertaken by AECC faculty, postgraduate students and as part of external collaborations. Research ensures a dynamic and up-to-date environment that informs teaching at the college and enables the AECC to attract experienced and well-qualified staff. Much of the AECC’s reputation is based on the quality of research that is disseminated through publication in the peer reviewed literature.

The AECC publishes a biennial Research Report that can be downloaded from this website. The report illustrates the diversity of research undertaken at the college in the areas of experimental, clinical and educational research. A list of our recent research publications can be found in the Research Archive.

This site also contains information on the Bournemouth Questionnaire, which is used to assess patient outcomes in a clinical setting.
