Congratulations to Vice Principal, Haymo Thiel, who has been named Chiropractor of the year by the British Chiropractic Association. The award was one of only two presented at this year’s BCA/BCSC Joint Autumn Conference held in Manchester. Haymo generously donated the cash awarded back to the BCA National Research Fund.
Haymo has worked at the AECC since 1991 and was made Vice Principal in 2007 after working as Director of Clinic for 11 years. He has been a BCA member since 1991.
Haymo said: “I’m very surprised! It was totally unexpected. I feel very honoured to be given the award, it means a lot to be recognised by the BCA. The BCA is the most renowned, long-standing and very professionally lead association. They have contributed significantly to chiropractic in the UK and are well-known and respected internationally. It is a privilege and an honour to be a member.”
