Sports NutritionThe right diet is no substitute for training, nor will it guarantee victory on the sporting field, but the wrong diet and poor nutritional knowledge can certainly undermine all the hard work that has been put in over several months of training. A proper sports diet is therefore crucial to ensure optimal performance.

Sports Nutrition has become a complicated business in recent years with the flood of supplements on the market and a whole new range of ergogenic aids introduced. This course aims to dispel the myths and develop a thorough understanding of the relationship between nutrition and sporting performance.
