How to write a paper - easy when you know how
31 March 2012
Presented by: Professor Jennifer Bolton
Everything is easy when you know how! To be a good writer of scientific articles, all you need to do is follow a few simple rules. Nothing is more frustrating than to spend hours writing only to have it covered in red (or in my case, pink) pen. If you have done animportant piece of research or clinical audit, or want to report an interesting case history, it deserves to be presented in the best possible way and have the best possible chance of publication in a peer-reviewed journal. Remember, editors need authors more than authors neededitors! This one day course will provide you with a structure for your paper, and how to write your 'story' using short words and short paragraphs!
