Workshop Overview
This theoretical and practical taster workshop will provide you with an excellent introduction to CBT, the most well researched of all psychological interventions for pain management. You will learn how to take a cognitive behavioural approach to your history-take so that your treatment plan can account for psychological considerations. The workshop will introduce some of the basic tools and techniques of CBT and give you the opportunity to try them out for yourself.
