We support your studies with our mix of friendly staff, specialist library, e-learning materials and technical support.
Our extensive, specialist library collection is highly regarded by our students and has been tailored and developed to enhance your learning and research experience. The Library stocks over 10,000 books and provides access to over 600+ e-books, 14,000+ online journals, medical databases, anatomical and other specialist software including Anatomy.TV. The Library & Learning Services Team are here to provide you with the essential learning support you need for the duration of your studies.

We will meet you at Induction; our friendly staff will assist you in finding information and can work with you to help develop your digital literacy and research skills. The Library Team deliver teaching and training courses in a range of digital and Research Skills required for studying at University. You can get further help by popping in to see us or phoning or emailing the team.
We recommend you visit our LibGuides where you will be able to view information about the extensive resources and course materials.
The Library offers group study pods, desk space, comfy and relaxed seating areas and a self-service kiosk to check out books. With Wi-Fi throughout, crucial power and charging points, areas dedicated to group or independent study, laptops for loan, and helpful staff on hand, the Library is the ideal place to study. Please note that the Library is currently operating under Covid-Secure guidelines, full details will be provided at Induction for new and returning students.

Where to Find Us
The main library entrance is located on the bottom floor of the left wing in the main campus building.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions and following a one way system, the second floor entrance is Exit Only, and library access is only available through the main reception doors.

On Wednesday 20th March, we held our first AECC University College Student Engagement Conference. The theme for the day was ‘Sharing Best Practice in Student Engagement’ and all students and staff were welcome to be a part of it.
We recently caught up with Danny Nguyen, one of our international final year chiropractic students studying the Master of Chiropractic MChiro course. We hear how Danny became interested in this course and why he enjoys studying with a rich blend of student-life at AECC University College.
On Wednesday 13th March, we hosted our inaugural ‘Sports Day 2024’, an exciting event for our Final Year Chiropractic Students to listen to the experiences and words of wisdom of our special Guest Speakers, all of whom are AECC University College Alumni, regarding the specialist field of Sports Chiropractic.
